The project
Making existing devices smart, transparent and fault-tolerant.
Heterogeneous IoT environments with devices from different manufacturers are hard to monitor, and once vendor support ends, working devices often become electronic waste. In the “AgentIoT Dashboard” project, GreeNovaX is developing a digital prototype that combines vendor-neutral monitoring, AI agent-based fault detection and diagnosis, approval-gated corrective actions (self-healing) and asset and configuration management in one system.
The edge-native solution connects devices via MQTT and REST, runs on low-cost hardware and allows existing devices to stay in use – a contribution to the circular economy.
Milestones
From kick-off to prototype.
June 2026 · Start
Project start on 1 June 2026: requirements analysis, system architecture, functional design and demonstrator hardware.
July 2026 · Kick-off
Kick-off meeting with development partner IoT-AI.Tech for developing and validating the prototype.
June–August 2026 · Phase 1
Phase 1 completed: UX/UI concept, backend foundation, device connectivity via MQTT and REST, firmware compatibility check and documentation.
September 2026 · Coaching & mentoring
Coaching with Prof. Dr. Mahdi Bohlouli (Petanux) on development status, business model and financial planning, and mentoring with Dr. Mohamed Ben Ayed (METAGILE) on market and go-to-market.
By March 2027 · Prototype
Further development of all core modules into a functional, technically validated prototype as a demonstration solution.

The project “AgentIoT Dashboard – AI-powered, fault-tolerant IoT monitoring portal” is funded under the Go-to-Market voucher with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (ERDF/JTF Programme NRW 2021–2027).
Project objective: development of a digital prototype in preparation for market entry – a vendor-neutral IoT monitoring portal that combines continuous monitoring, AI-assisted anomaly detection and diagnosis, approval-gated corrective actions and integrated asset management, and enables existing hardware to remain in use.
Results: a functional, tested prototype with all core modules, available as a demonstration solution and prepared for market entry. Implementation period: 1 June 2026 to 31 March 2027.
