Use of artificial intelligence (AI transparency)

We use AI-based tools to support the creation of some texts, translations and graphics on this website. All content is reviewed, edited and editorially controlled by us (cf. Art. 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 – AI Act). Symbolic illustrations and dashboard visualisations, e.g. on posters, are schematic representations and do not depict real systems, data or persons.

This website does not use any AI system that interacts with visitors (such as a chatbot), and no personal data of visitors is processed with AI. The “AI explanations” shown in the AgentIoT live demo are predefined, simulated sample texts generated locally in your browser.

The AI solutions developed by GreeNovaX (e.g. AgentIoT) are designed in line with the AI Act – in particular with human oversight (approval-gated corrective actions), transparency and traceable justifications.

Liability for content

The content of this website has been prepared with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law in accordance with Section 7 (1) DDG. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. We will remove such content immediately once we become aware of an infringement.

Figures taken from studies (e.g. on energy-saving potential) reflect published literature values and are not a guarantee for individual use cases.
