🎉 It’s GreeNovaX’s honor to announce that Phase 1 of AgentIoT project development (June to August 2026) is now complete:
We recently held multiple progress review meetings with our development partner, IoT-AI.Tech to walk through the AgentIoT prototype, and we’re pleased to share that Phase 1 has now been delivered in full, with all milestones reached.
What Phase 1 built, month by month:
📍 June — Foundation: requirements analysis, system architecture and function design, and the demonstrator hardware kit
📍 July–August — Execution: UX/UI design package delivered; the architecture became a working system — an operations cockpit for devices, telemetry, alarms and recovery; device connectivity over both MQTT and REST through one uniform pipeline; a firmware compatibility layer validated against a documented hardware catalogue
📍 Consolidation — full bilingual documentation, acceptance testing and hand-over
Key achievements we’re proud of:
✅ A three-node demonstrator cluster running the same software across x86 and ARM architectures, in both containerised and native deployments
♻️ Circular economy in action: two of the three nodes are reclaimed hardware — LoRaWAN gateways that had lost manufacturer support are now running as active edge nodes, exactly the kind of hardware reuse this project set out to demonstrate
🌡️ A working smart-home use case: temperature, CO₂ and humidity sensors feeding live monitoring
🤖 Human-in-the-loop by design: every corrective action requires explicit operator approval before it reaches a device
🔒 Secured by design: encrypted connections, protected sign-in and a complete audit trail of every operator action and incoming data point
📱 Responsive interface verified across desktop, tablet and mobile
🧪 A full automated acceptance suite covering health/version reporting, firmware compatibility, and MQTT/REST device ingest — all passing
📄 Complete bilingual (English/German) documentation, delivered on schedule
This project is being implemented within the framework of the Go-to-Market Gutschein programme and supported by EFRE/JTF in NRW 2021–2027, the European Union and the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Industrie, Klimaschutz und Energie des Landes NRW).
