🚀 An entrepreneurial journey in progress!
On 24.06.2026, we held an exchange meeting bringing together all parties of my ongoing collaboration with Dr. Mohamed Ben Ayed, PhD (METAGILE, France) as part of the Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme. It was a great moment to meet together with Eva G. Gutbrod (Manager Cluster and Start-ups, Baden-Württemberg International (BW_i) and Florentine Majid (Intern Cluster & Start-ups, Baden-Württemberg International (BW_i), whose support has made this exchange possible.
As an entrepreneur, from GreeNovaX, Germany, I will be collaborating with Mohamed Ben Ayed, PhD, France. Our profiles are highly complementary: Mohamed brings deep experience in agile coaching and transformation, product management, cloud migration, AI integration, and stakeholder management, while my background combines research, entrepreneurship, and the development of AI and IoT solutions for sustainable technical systems in buildings and industry.
🎯 Goals of the exchange:
– Strengthen GreeNovaX’s business model and commercial strategy for its AI and IoT products
– Translate research-based technology into a clear, scalable B2B market offering
– Refine customer segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
– Build out dissemination and GreeNovaX’s website, and business model canvas
– Gain first-hand insight into the French market and explore future opportunities in the Maghreb region
– In return, Mohamed gains a fresh technical perspective from the German startup ecosystem, a concrete use case in AI and IoT for sustainable technical systems, and new visibility and contacts through our joint dissemination activities.
This exchange is a true win-win between two entrepreneurs with complementary strengths and a shared interest in innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable business growth — building a bridge between the German startup ecosystem and the French innovation environment.
A big thank you to Eva G. and the team at Baden-Württemberg International (BW_i), the central location-promotion agency for business and science of the State of Baden-Württemberg, for their support, as well as to the Hélène Vassan European Funds Project Manager at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Paris Île-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, France from CCI Paris IdF, for her support in Paris, and to the Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs programme for enabling this collaboration.
